How do I create a new package?

I have a project which should act as a base library for multiple other projects in different solutions. What do I have to do, to integrate this in, for instance, Aardvark.Base or Aardvark.Rendering, and then publish to a package feed?

You shouldn't. A handful of people within the Aardvark Team is responsible for creating base packages (e.g. @haraldsteinlechner or @krauthaufen). To contribute something which belongs into a package, please create a pull request.
